8) I don't know what you mean Dave. We'll have to have a wee chat next time we meet me thinks :D

Anyway, falling in love with the new 500, I can see me driving to Torino for the weekend in one and filling the ashtray with spares to bring back. Mmmmmm, Automoto 2008 could take an extra size suit case and smuggle one into the country. I know what the arguments will be though........what colour, wheels, interior engine etc, etc. I need to plop myself down in the local Fiat dealership and get them to show off the different combinations :D

Ewen and Tiff plus help

To be reduced to being called 'plus help' is very upsetting.

You could look at it as you being helpfull plus, a bit like man plus, thats almost like Frosty comparing you to a man whos more than helpfull hes helpfull plus a little more.

Does that help Mr Dave+

Can someone get Maurice to get in touch with me via e-mail. I owe him some money and would like to settle up as soon as possible. Anyone know his surname and full address?

Hi All,
Now that we have some nice new shiny struts still in boxes and stored in conservatory, this winter may be time to consider installing them.
It seems sensible to replace the coil springs at the same time.
Polyurethane suspension bushes were fitted in the summer.
Have made enquiries about buying new springs at Alt Auto,s , they have quoted for new rear springs, and can only offer second hand front springs.
Presume from this that front and rear springs are different.
Would appreciate any advice on sources for a full set of new springs.
The car is a 1981-- 1500cc in standard form.
Idealy original height springs preffered.
Alan

Ewen, I guess that Maurice is Mo Perkins or Mo Bailey Perkins, he is the Trade secretary now or publicity or sales whatever we are calling the role these days, he took over from Satnam.
