This has to be one of the best eBay Auctions I've ever seen!

If Hitler could have ad this car, he would have called it the Two Peoples Car. But he wouldn't listen to me - or legend may have it it was too small for Mussolini so he recommended Fiat to sell him the bigger Buick-like 1938 one, a Fiat also, I don;t know, but it's no Messerschmidt I'll say that just feels like one to drive to me.

Remember kids, don't post auctions whilst on hard drugs!

Any scratches or dents to the body (anx.. notably that passenger door dent (when Rita got out - pictured) remediable without replacement as it is shown here - the door, not Rita.

Does the owners club contact buyers of X1/9's on ebay?

A simple good luck with your purchase and a link to the web page, would be all that's generally required. Though perhaps a little more would be needed for buyers from 'Raymanboy'

It's interesting to see the buyers other recent purchase is the Haynes joke book!

Raymanboy should give up ebay and start writing childrens fiction - it makes about as much sense as Harry Potter !

We should keep a dictionary of weird ways to describe things...for the benefit of ebaying!

Looking through the motors section earlier....

Ebayish "The newness has rubbed off in places"

Translated to English "The bodywork is scratched and dented"

I have no intention of buying.....it just beats the TV for entertainment value sometimes!

poole.n from wakefield has already purchased a new set of points and a set of brake pads.
