HPI shows the last registered owner had the car in 1998

if you were totally unscrupulous, a letter to the DVLA complaining about an illegaly parked, red Fiat (reg number MWL673W) and your wish to contact the rightful owner to ask them to move it might illicit the current owners address.

Just to keep this thread updated, the dvla have said no... i asked them to either forward a letter, or (obv unlikely) pass me the owner's details. Apparently it could cause distress to an owner, who also could be deceased. I think I may ask again,but imply some logic we'll see!

Hello! I'm still around, I forgot to say how flood it was seeing you all at the restoration show last year, nearly time for it again now! Still not got an exxie again (my budget of a thrupney bit and an acorn just won't cut it) still if one is going I'll be interested, especially if it's this one! Thought I'd dig up the thread just in case. Good to see the lively cars on here still!
