HELP ME FIND MY MUMS X1/9!!

Hi guys!

I am wondering if you could help me! my mum recently asked me if I could locate her old x1/9 for her, It is a car she holds many fond memories of, and still harps about today!only parted with it due to the birth of a child... :whistle:

According to the DVLA it was last taxed in June 1999, was a blue 1500cc model with the registration MWL673W. I would be delighted to locate it, and if possible acquire it at some point.

Any info would be much appreciated!!

I have just done a reg search on the free MyCarCheck app and it is not showing any details. I will run a HPI search later and see if that shows anything up (I work in the used car trade so costs very little to do).

It is possible the car is on a private plate, in which case it might be difficult to locate... or worse case scenario, scrapped :ohmy:

Good news!

It was resprayed red and this colour was registered with the DVLA in 1997.

9 former keepers and the present keeper has had the car since 1998.

No MOT details held by the DVLA at the moment.

I wonder if it is a potential barn find

A friend of mine has just bought his Mums old X19... found it in Ireland!

:woohoo: that is extraordinary you could find that this quick! seriously many thanks. sure the car can be found, though hopefully not as far as Ireland. but would make a holiday if it was! the knowledge that he is now red is a real find.
