No Nick I wasn't talking about your car,just mentioning the problem according to me with front mounted coolers on the X19's

I haven't done my homework properly and think the charge cooler will be better for the application mentioned.The again I am running a pretty big turbo and it will only really generate heat if driven very hard.Otherwise its harly going to work on low rpm's.

How have you / are you planning to manage with the gear linkage, please could you post some pictures?

For now I am just running a mechanical pushrod from the original X19 gearstick to the Mazda gearbox.These gearboxes didn't have the cable shift option but I think I will do that mod later on if needed.Just want to see if it works like it is once the car is running.If not I will have to go cable but thats going to take some serious head scratching.
