Arrived this morning an excellent read

Emma has just texted me to say that she has the latest mag at home and is holding it to ransom. Unless I leave work now and go home she'll burn it !!

Yes a top job by Severnprint, our printers who are in Gloucester.

I sent it to them on the 21st - the weekend of the great floods down their way - and though they normally produce it in around a week and therefore you should have recieved it still in July, they still managed to turn it around in less than 2 weeks!

Severnprint told me they'd dispatched them on the 1st, but unfortunately due to Royal Mail's current strife I have still yet to receive mine!

Get those Booking forms filled in, cheques written and posted off to Simon asap!

I didn't get a separate form with my mag!

Hands up all those who spent minutes retracing steps taken, in walking from front door to inner rooms, whilst browsing mag, - looking for seperate A4 size booking form that MUST have fallen out without being noticed, that, having not been discovered, led to the inevitable conclusion that said form, had either been mysteriously transported into an alternative parallel universe, or,- got blown through an open window- had been quickly eaten by hungry pet,- cleaned up by the missus (that I havent got anyway) - spontaneously combusted without a trace of smoke/ash, - somehow miraculously slipped between an unexposed floorboard, - stolen by the postman, before carefully re-sealing the radioactive gum on the envelope (who might fancy a couple of days in deepest wessex) etc, etc, - and- after much soul searching and research into all possible outcomes, eventually concluded that said booking form was never included anyway, only to discover that someone had actually reduced said form to A5 size, given it a coat of premium gloss and carefully pasted it between pages 10 and 12 presumably after carefull removal of the original page 11 - (crafty bastards eh?)
Anyway , my hand is up!

Will blow up form in magazine on photo copier to A4 size and reduce size of cheque and then send payment to our Simon subject to Mr Postie

I didn't get oone but then I still have no mag. Not a problem there as I'm sure it'll arrive. Others in Scotland have had nothing too.
