Hi does anyone know what gauge steel I need for the suspension towers?? Cheers

No, but you should be able to measure the thickness.
Also important to note that the towers are "triple skinned" if you are doing repairs to them. The problem is whrn damp gets between the layers and rusts from the inside out.
