Clutch release bearing clips

A question please if anyone can help.

I have recently attached my gearbox to the engine after a rebuild, I replaced the clutch release bearing and retaining clip but I think there should be 2 clips. However I could not put both retaining clips in place, I managed to put the top one in but had no idea how the bottom one fitted so I assumed only 1 should be fitted.

I've been thinking about this for some time...I still think I need to put the second clip in. Is there anyone who can confirm for me that I should but the second clip in, and if so does anyone have a picture showing this.

I would like to sort this out before I put the engine back in...I'm chomping on the bit here as I cant wait to put the engine back after so many years on the bench.
