Brake reservoir pipework

Hi, Having to replace my brake reservoir as it exploded whilst under pressure changing the fluid! Well I did notice it was crazing on the top due to age, but I'm wondering if I should change the rather solid and ageing pipework, but the master cylinder end looks horrifically difficult to get to. Has anyone done this? Is it necessary if the pipes aren't leaking?

If there is any doubt replace the clutch and brake feed pipes. They are likely to be original and so well past their best. I had a similar issue last year and on closer inspection it was a no brainer. Although it is not a technical operation it is fiddly and you'll obviously need to then bleed both systems.
