:sick: Have a problem with electric windows they go down but will not come up easy if I pull them a bit they come up but not without help anybody got a solution please .

If you haven't already done so, take a look at the mechanism, give it a thorough clean and re-lubricate it. Window mechanisms often get full of gunk, clogging them up, and are very rarely serviced. If they're working otherwise, that would be my first port of call.

have done of all of the above I think it is the switches is it possible to get new ones.
had the car out on Saturday got a few issues but it drives fine but keeps cutting out when I slow down but it does not do it every time any tips

I suggest you need to clean out the carburettor and give it an overhaul. Should help, even better if you have a rolling road set-up as that will diagnose any other issues. Regarding window lifter switches, I could sell you the pair from my 1989 GF, the car has only covered 24k miles so I think the switches should be in pretty good condition. PM if interested.
