so iv made a start today on my £151 x19 ebay bargin. its sat for 7 years and feeling very sorry for its self.so far iv started stripping it back and there is a lot of rot not so good. but iv got it running after a little tinkering which was a good.

Oh dear !!

I think I would have to agree with Charles Whyte.

At best a donor car.

Need to find a better shell

Sadly as Gordon says, it would be best to try and get another shell.

If you are interested, I have an "A" reg shell fitted with a Eurosport bolt-on body kit looking for a new home, as well as a sound "V" reg project car going cheap!

yeah im in two minds at the min, the plan would to be build it as light as possible so it would be mainly fiber glass body and i dont like sending them to the scrap yard. im a mechanic by trade. so the plan was to stick it in the workshop and do bits here and there on slack days. i think it will be a case of strip it and start cutting and see whats left.
