I cut disks across diameter with angle grinder then inserted chisel in grove and hit with hammer and disks came free.
Alternative method I was told was to drill holes in a line and then use chisel.
Hope this helps

Some penetrating fluid and Lots of tapping with progressivly larger hammers! Both onto the front of the hub face and on the edge. if there has been no anti-seize between hub and disc you tend to get some corrosion between the two. Some heat on the disc centre can help too.
