Engine bay bulkhead heat/sound proofing

Hi,

My Fiat X19 is due back to me finally next week after a full paint job (nearly 3 years at a friends paint shop :ohmy: )and I need to install new Heat/Sound proofing material before the engine is put back in,Please can someone advise on the correct stuff to use and where to buy it?

It's very difficult to replicate the original material and its look, but here is an example of the lengths one guy has gone to!
