Jacking points was created by David Breen
Hi, I am new to the forum having just acquired a 1988 1500 which needs some restoration.
This is probably a silly question, but can anyone tell me where are the jacking points?
Thanks
David

Hi David,
The rear jacking point is located on the lower cross member supporting the engine, it is a U shaped piece on the underside of the cross member towards the rear of the car.
The front jacking point is located behind the radiator between the two coolant pipes and is a W shaped piece.
The original jacks supplied with the car slotted into two pockets on the underside roughly level with the B post.
I'm afraid I don't have any pictures to hand to show you.
Andy
