Jersey Grand Finale was created by Karl Borges

Does anyone know what happened to the 'as new' Grand Finale that was sold by the garage Bel Royal in Jersey a few years back? I read that it was in a Northamptonshire collection with just 891 miles on the clock, but was then withdrawn from sale (Car & Classic). It appears to have at some stage made its way back to the UK from Jersey with a UK plate, pic attached S122 VWJ. What an amazing find.
