Wanted- project/on road x

Hello
I am looking for an on the road/project x19? Budget circa 1k.
Dont mind projects with some of the usual floor/turret work but car must be reasonable in general. Msy be able to find a bit more for on the road car.
Preferably north west but as ever price dependent.

Hi Ian,

I was given some information about a Gran Finale that someone is looking to get rid of.
I hate to use the term "barn find" but from the pictures I saw there was plenty of straw and dust on it to suggest it's actually been in a barn.

The car is located in the Aylesbury area, but could be shipped back using Shiply or similar. Obviously would need checking out though.

I think I saw a barn find on eBay for £1k

Complete but it looks rusty and over priced.

No harm in checking eBay and contacting g the owner with a sensible offer.

Is there a "rides and projects" section on here.

I've found the restoration section but it seems there's lots of questions etc.

Having been a member of the Vw split screen their website I found the rides and projects really useful.

It was nice to see how others were getting on with there projects but also to post up my own.

There's a but of work to do on my x and Im going to start my own thread, it would be good to know where to post it.
