Looking for a project

Hi all,

Hope somebody can help, it's been 25yrs+ since my last I last owned an x1/9, I owned two 1500's in my early 20's first one was a complete dog but I managed to buy a cheap VS with a worn clutch and remember the fun of removing a gearbox on my dads drive in the middle of winter. I am now looking for a project, ideally a 1300. It I appreciate they are becoming harder to get hold of and would be happy with a 1500. I am happy to tackle any mechanical or electrical work, wouldn't want to tackle welding though. So ideally something structurally sound, non runner is fine and my budget is £3000. Would rather buy from a member of the owners club and know what I am getting. Thanks in advance. Mark
