I need to sell my white X1/9 due to now having 2 motorbikes, and picking up my next X1/9 on Sat.I also need more seats as Lesley is using the Berlingo every day and 3 kids into an X1/9 don't go when I need to ferry them around...
Most of you will have seen some pics of the car,its by no means a great example, but its my daily car and gets used rain and shine. Its been on the Inverness run and the Wales run this year. It has a homemade exhaust which is probably too loud for most folks! It has a Long MOT,tax till end Sept,v good tyres,a new clutch, new thermostat and coolant change, new points/condenser etc, twin fans fitted with a switch,Halogen headlamps, recent brakepads all round,New Bosch battery, the handbrake is superb, heater is roasting, engine starts and runs very well, gearbox is v good. Bad points. The sump is stripped. The plug is Araldited in for now,and doesn't leak, but will need attended to,paintork isn't great, door checks/underbonnet etc need tidied up.I just threw a THICK coat of Ford diamond white paint over it when I put it on the road.A good useable X1/9 that is great fun,and can be used every day without feeling guilty!
I'm after £550- PM me if you need any more info.

Never seen such a honest report on a Ebay car must of been very off putting for any potential new owner who wanted to make a "fast buck"
and did not want to know anything about the car.
