1977 UK spec. Special Series for sale

After almost 30 years of ownership the time has come to part. Our 1977 1300 is metallic orange, complete with o.e.m. ladder stripes and id badge. Original unmarked interior trim, (replacement carpet though). Original engine and gearbox. Waxoiled when we bought it in 1982. It's on this site featured as the car of the month June 2008 if you want to see photos. Has'nt changed much since then, apart from install of CSC exhaust system last year. All Mot'd, running, serviced and ready to go. Also got the colour matching squashy bags and a whole library of x1/9 road tests, marketing fliers, adverts and stuff to go with the sale. For the past two decades its run only summer with about 4-500 miles a year max, mid seventies on the mileage. Given the option I'd want to keep her for a few years more, but circumstances have changed. Currently agreed value insurance for £4k, will sell for around that.
