1987 Fiat X19 VS. £450 ono. Project. Excellent runner.

1987 Fiat X19 VS. Red with black interior.
7 former keepers. Selling only because I have bought another X19. Wife decrees it has to go.
Mileage 61878. (Unverified) shown on last MOT June 16th 2008. (No reason to doubt it).
Mechanically the car is in good condition with a good engine. It starts first time and runs well. All gear selections are good, and the brakes are in good working condition.
The car has had the following work done:
i. New discs and pads, new calipers to both nearside wheels, and the front offside.
ii. New brake master cylinder.
iii. New clutch master and slave cylinder.
iv. New battery
The car is not MOT'D and is SORN till 31/05/2012. V5 is present.
It can be driven on to a trailer.
The bodywork requires some work. The drivers door is rusted, so too is the front nearside panel. There are other areas of rust including a small hole on the A post on the drivers side which is repairable. The paintwork is ok. It has been resprayed at some stage.
This would be a suitable project for someone accomplished in bodywork repair or a very good source of spares.
