Does anyone know what happened to the 9,500 mile 1982 X1/9 recently advertised on eBay. It got to £1500 (reserve not met) then was suddenly withdrawn before the end of the auction. Maybe sold privately? I must say that was rather interested in it.

Hi Lupin

I was watching that too from the start. It actually got to £3500 then was suddenly withdrawn, readvertised and withdrawn again at £1500 so you tell me :?

I think someone may have wanted it external to ebay but pulled out / changed their mind so was readvertised then someone else bought it. Thats my guess. A pity, but the price was skyrocketing and wouldn't have been worth it unless you didn't drive it and kept it concours, and thats no fun is it :D :D

Why is there a light in the fridge but not in the freezer?
