One question to 1300 owners out there, the drive height at the front of the car appears to be quite a bit higher than the rear. Is this normal on a 1300? I know the rear shocks were supposed to be shorter than a 1500 but the 1300 is like a boat making the steering ever so light.
Richard, I won't be bringing the 1300 this weekend as I feel there will be some thrashing of engines but I hope to bring it along on the Sunday at Callander.
Andy, you have a lovely 1500 so enjoy it and make sure you look after him. I love the Fiat cars, always thought they were better built. I'll try to restore the 1300 but have to begin collecting bits first. Could do with a respray and the windscreen needs to come out but let me enjoy the summer sun first

They are like a boat but I dont know about the front being higher than the back.
They roll quite a bit round corners but they still seem to grip and once you get into the upper rev range, they pull like a train for a 1300. It sounds a bit manic but it can handle it. We have had Peapod at full tilt many a time and it seems better for it.Great car. I am still trying to sell my (slowly deteriorating) 1500 to maybe get another 1300. A blue one I think..............

Wow, looks like a new friend for POB!!
Superb, I dont know about the front height iether.. however the steering lightness i find is directly related to how much pressure is in the front tyres!!..
Looks fab... enjoy.
