this afternoon about 3PM by Waitrose in Barnet I saw a Mica Red GF, (reg F??? MVP I think) zoom by, I was in incognito mode driving my new Alfa 155 hack so you wouldn't have seen me...

Yeah, its so dull and genteel there isn't it! - the only reason I was up that way was because I was visiting the GF....
