1977 Serie speciale in green original spec
1977 Serie speciale in blue modified
Im thinking of bidding £317 on it, painting the bonnet stealth matt black, adding a towbar onto it and then flogging it for £1,500....

With those mods surely you could ask at least 2k! All these 1500s being flogged off in favour of old 1300s, i don't know, what is the world coming to! By the way, i havn't seen another X on the road down here for at least a squillion years! I'm thinking of becoming the RO for Bognor & going to Butlins for the day in my X1/9 to show the Redcoats!

Yes its mine. Shame really as its quite quick and great nick inside. A bit of rust treatment and a blow over and it should look good.
It has got alfa spider brakes and pads. Its got the 40000 amp coil too ! It has made the glorious trips to Callander, Uxbridge, Auto Italia in 2 places and various pub outings and meetings. I will miss it
If Raymanboy is watching......... Hands OFF !!!!!! As for you Jim...... words cannot express what I am thinking hee hee
Still, I have a 1300 and Sarah-Janes new purchase..........The Exxy Support Vehicle and Tour Bus !!!! A Fiat 900T camper....................
Its in good nick with 240V / 12V, running water, cooker, sink, stereo, 3 way fridge with ice maker and 3 bunks. You will see it in Wales I am sure.
   Mad mad mad................I know  But I love it.
PS You will all be pleased to know that we are selling the MR2 so we will be Japanese free again......... phew !

Well it didn't sell...................... it got up to £255 with 38 watching. Madness. I might re MOT it to give it a better chance. I don't think theres anything stopping it passing first time.......we shall see.
We are now MR2 less...... you will all be pleased to know.
The camper had its first trip out this weekend and it performed faultlessly. (touch wood) It now has new curtains too (courtesy of SJ's mom and some nifty sewing machine work) Leisure battery, new inverter and a solar panel next....... totally self contained then.............
I wonder if Chromadora wheels will fit it?
