Dark blue possible a GF on the hard shoulder of the M25 vaguely around J15-17 being tended to by the RAC man. I'm not sure but it looked similar to the one I see by Marlow on the A404 - again last sighting he was in a layby with the lid up. Unfortunately always going the opposite way to me so its not easy to stop.... Sorry.
