Those 29 miles will just be from moving it around showrooms/dealerships etc. No new car ever has zero. And for less than £28K you'd be buying something totally unique... only worth it if you mothballed it forever though... otherwise the depreciation would be rapid...
Hywel's right tho, prices are generally going up fairly rapidly. Just look at Montecarlo prices- a project could be easily bought for less than a grand a few years ago; not now. Projects are well into the thousands and top cars are on the market for big money. The little Italians are finally coming of age
