Sad 1980 X1/9 on copart.co.uk current bidding £40! was created by Dave Betts

Just spotted a sad-looking 1980 X1/9 on copart.co.uk. Current bidding is £40 for the complete car with less than 2 days to go. Located in Westbury, Wiltshire. Notes say non-runner but looks original and complete. No accident damage just rusty.

The one located in Bedfordshire was mine for a short while about six years ago. The previous owner did an article for the club magazine (October 2007) about his trip to Italy in it. I’m sure we would all like to do that.
