Ballynahinch and District Lanes Rally was created by W. GORDON FOGARTY
Action shot from BADMC Autumn lanes rally (road navigation event with 14 special timed tests sections on private ground, some loose some concrete some muddy lanes) Saturday 14th.
This Test stage was in local quarry, VERY messy.
77 entrants on the day, MX5 is the car of choice.
Cars must be roadgoing and driven to the event. No fancy tyres etc, costs kept to a minimum, sump guard needed for next one in our Roadgoing X1/9 though.
Fiat x1/9 hillclimb car (competition modded)
Fiat X1/9 road car (basically standard)
Alfa Romeo Giulietta Cloverleaf
Porsche 911 (996)

Cleaning will take some time.
There is grey quarry water residue EVERYWHERE,
Though it was so wet on the day car partially self cleaned.
