May edition of Auto Italia

There is a nice article in the latest (May edition) of Auto Italia looking at what is believed to be the earliest UK surviving X1/9.

I spoke to the owner at the NEC last November and he was talking about the photo shoot.

A good positive advert for the X1/9, not sure about the name he's given the car though....

Thanks for that - I'll look out for it. Am always scanning the magasine sections for X1/9 articles. Sadly, they seem to be thin on the ground recently.

They will always be thin on the ground because car magazines have got no imagination, summer is nearly here and all the magazines every year will do endless MX5 buying guides.
