1987 Rosso Red .... named Scarlett!
Spotted 5 at Cranleigh Show yesterday! was created by Steve Holloway
I was with the Peugeot Sport club but as my GTI was wounded I ended up taking Scarlett the Exxy. Spoke to a couple of the other owners one of whom was a member of the club who had a very early 1500 which he had owned almost from new and it was totally original including the paint. Great show with some superb cars ... a guy had a Lambo Uracco Sillouette which is a pure Bertone upscaling of the X19. Some very nice Delta Intagrales too.

Well they sure looked the same but I'm not sure that is unique as I think the Stratos did too.

Ah, 308 GT4 .... just about my favourite car in the category of cars which one day might actually end up in my garage. £15 - £20k at an auction ...less than a lot of new modern rubbish!

Yes the prospect of the GT4 is an enticing one with its initial purchase price, but I sober up a bit when I think what it might really cost if I ended up with something like Hamster's yellow one in Top Gear.

You mean £150.00 for a new dizzy cap or £2,000 for a stainless exhaust (not fitted) is not in the household budget? That's a shame I thought you might be one of my far flung rich Holloway relatives

Sadly not, I declined the £450 dealer supplied (not fitted & not stainless) exhaust silencer/tailpipe I was offered for my 166.
