On Discovery Real Time 8:30pm this evening on "Classic car club" Tony Mason was at a BCA classic car auction. A nice blue F Reg. X1/9 was shown going through the ring and went for £2750...............

Yeah I think I think this car was also mentioned recently in the auctions watch section of one of the classic car mags, possibly "CLASSIC CARS"

Can't remember which mag. exactly as sadly I read so many of them !

Ah, well. Anyone can spend a fortune fixing an X1/9. It's paying loads for one that takes class.

Well Warren you are a bit too smug really but I got a really nice set of fog lights....for my 1300......

FENDINEBBIA CARELLO .....and only €25.00 would look great on your car...!!!!

Now if I could just get the 1300 to attach them too..

Mmmmmmmmmmm................Carello's!

Well, I would love to get my hands on some of those. Searched high and low. I don't know why I did that though cause ebay is on the internet. :P

Still, got up this morning and the car cover was frozen to the car so no exxy for me today.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......Carello's

Could do with some of those.

Owning an exxy is an education. I have expanded my expletives vocabulary by 327%'

I once bought an exxy for £40 with only 40 000 on the clock, hardly used, stored most of it's life.....a peach

It had been rally prepared I think.......

no, I meant to say it had lost some weight.....

welll, err, no....I meant the floor pan was not there!....disintegrated

The peach was rotten but sliced up well with an axe

With X1-9s the price paid and mileage means bugger all......

I say if you want the car, go for it...and go for a drive...and it doesn't have to be a minter
