I remember getting the nod from one of the F1 truck drivers as we sped our way through France on the way back from Udine. Were you there on that one Rob? They all merge into one trip for me I'm afraid. I remember passing him, getting waved at, then diving into the rest area to allow him to pass me again. Came out and as we passed him he put his thumbs up. Can't remember which GP it would have been but there were a number of F1 artics on their way back to the U.K.
Remember spotting loads when I was driving trucks in my other life. Used to get all over the country and see exies everywhere. There was even one parked on the right just as you enter Goole. I was delivering a set of 100 ton scales to the canal harbour at Drax power station.
I can remember now
