Has anyone spotted this car

Is it in the Club
:
Friend sold it in c.1988, knows it was sold on after that, but wondered where/ how it is.

A black 1500 - it seems not to have been taxed / SORN since Mar 2006, according to DVLA
This is usually a bad sign ...

Thanks Chris.
It was originally a taupe over black VS (as seen in the centre of the Stuart Fordham's limited edition, hand penned history of X1/9s).
It was a car local to me & I looked at it when I was moving away from motorbikes back to warm, drier X1/9s. I hope it's still alive, it was a Very well sorted & cared for car; we both use the same mechanical engineer, & he advised me to buy it.... I was sorely tempted, but in true feminine style... the colour just didn't do it for me.
As mentioned earlier, this guy now has a Ferrari 308 GTB, which he described as " a bigger X1/9" :!: :!:

If anyone knows any more on D 86 LWY, we'd love to hear from you.

It was owned by Mike Harding of Devon (only a member for 2 years) when he lapsed back in November 2004... not in the members' database since then.
