Rosso Red circa '86 M40/A34 slip road

Roof off enjoying the sun. The car had a Northern Ireland plate, spotted about 2pm on Thursday 24th heading south on the M40 in the que onto the A34 slip road. I had the pleasure of passing all the cars for the previous 4 miles as I was on my bike (having just also spotted other members of my Bike owners club from Yorkshire).

That would have probably been Bob and Mari on there way to the boat for the Irish trip.

Yes, That was us. Really great trip. Park the bike up and join us next time!!!

A sunny day and miles of queues down the M40, now do I sit in this M40 car park and enjoy the sun or filter through the traffic and enjoy the ride? No competition if your purpose is having fun travelling.

So much more fun watching everyone else getting frustrated as you cruise past. Even being in an Exxie can't tempt me to spend my time parked (although it is nice to be in it) but at least you haven't spent £70,000 on a high performance ferrari to sit in a que.
