Udine 2007 was created by Graham Frost
We have no plan of attack this year we just know that we are going numbers being there of taking part are never known until you turn up on the day !
We had hoped to take the Black Forest meet in on the way to Udine but this will mean 13 hours of driving in one day when we depart this event
to get to Udine :shock: so things are as they say a bit loose at the moment
but watch this space and the magazine if your interested .

Go on Ewen put some photos of what they are missing.

Hotel accomidation at this event could be the same as last year but the cost has gone up by 5 euros ....about £3.50 increase well worth every penny.

I reckon as Ireland is off next year we should be planning for a mass exodus to Friuli in 2008... what with all these lovely new struts everyone will have we should have a really comfy drive out there to "run them in". Channel 25 and all aboard that's going aboard.... Italy here we come.

Ewen,
Can you see if you can pin them down for a date for next year (!) so we can investigate having the National Event 2008 earlier in the year, as suggested in the past, and it not clash with the Udine trip?

I WAS PLANING ON DOING FRANCE NEXT YEAR AND DROPING INTO ITALY, I SUPPOSE WE COULD MAKE THE TRIP LATER IN THE YEAR INSTEAD OF MAY TO GET THE EVENT IN

Ah - Paul, tell me if I've understood right.
You were thinking of doing France instead of Ireland but on the same end of May bank holiday?
And now you're thinking of delaying, to go in June to get the Udine event in as well?

I thought that the this year was the last trip to Ireland that PCM was organizing !!!! or did I read tha t wrong !

YES GOMMER YOU ARE QUITE RIGHT, AND SO IS FROSTY WE WILL NOT BE IN IRELAND NEXT YEAR IT IS ABOUT TIME THAY CAME OVER HERE. WE WILL BE DOING FRANCE NEXT YEAR , WE WILL HOPEFULLY STAYING IN A CAMP SITE WHICH ANNA AND I KNOW IN THE TOWN OF ANNECY WHICH IS VERY CLOSE TO ITALY AND MOUNT BLANC, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT WE CAN DO UDIE DEPENDING ON THE DATES. DOES THAT HELP

Question was asked no date for next years event has been decided upon.
this years event was effected by the Black Forrest event in Southern Germany numbers were under 40 and could not of been helped by another event which was taking place in Italy.
However we were made aware that next years event would be at a Hotel with a "spa" which was being seriously looked at will advise when any further information is rcvd for the next event in Italy.
