If you get it please make it your first task to prise off that awful spoiler, it looks so out of place especially on the graceful lines of a 1300!

yep,first job,long with that engine cover....I actually ripped the spoiler off my SE before I loaded it on the trailer to bring it home....too Max Powerish for my liking!!

Hee hee, hope you kept the 'tips' of the spoiler, as apparantley they go for big bucks on ebay! I would take the spoiler off my SE too as I don't like it either but the only problem is the holes it would leave in the bootlid so I've left it on for the time being!

As for the engine cover on that 1300, I've just looked at the auction again and it seems to be a baseplate for an Abarth snorkel but difficult to tell from the fuzzy low res photos....

strange,isn't it? looks like a 1500 cover with the baseplate on...maybe its a homemade thing to clear the huge bank of Webers underneath!! :lol:

Its gonna have to be cheap if I have to trailer it home...
