Ok, I've all but given up on this !!
I've not had a mag in almost 9months and while I can appreciate issues surrounding my membership cheque etc may have exacerbated this, just who do i contact to sort this ?
If my address details are incorrect can someone sort it as frankly I've lost the will to keep chasing this up now !
It's this website add the goodwill of members supplying me with the password to it that prevents me from just calling it a day !!

Hi Blokie,

Your first port of call is with Andy Kerr, the Membership Sec. He'll be able to confirm that your details are correct.

Unfortunately he's been delayed in India at presentso he may not reply straight away.

Please bear with the Club on this. I've been a club member since 2001 and I must admit in all the years I've been a member, the Membership Sec has never been the Mag Editor as well! :o

You may have seen the advert for the AGM on the 22nd-this is the perfect place to air out any issues.

HOPEFULLY all these issues will be ironed out then. :D

Thanks Robbie, I'll stay with it a bit longer.

I'm away for the AGM or I'd be there - the only reason I don't offer my services is that I know I couldn't give it the time needed. I do appreciate the efforts of all concerned.

I sent in quite a long article, shortly after the fabulous 'Highland Fling' weekend run around Invernesshire organised by Ian & Judith. Weedavemac posted his version, as we'd agreed, on the Forum immediately after the event.

Some of the back issues of the mag are available as .pdf from this web-site. Go back to the home page, and under the "Members Only Area" menu on the left, and click "Magazine pdfs".

Or:

Yes, we have all suffered this year with a lack of mags, a very regrettable situation brought about by changes in the editors' lives.

Can I plead with members to hang on in there, as a mag is being prepared now and will hopefully be with them before December.

Then we hope to get the magazine/Bulletin back out on a regular basis in the new year.

Sorry that it's so frustrating but things are getting better behind the scenes.
