BTCC

Just noticed its the BTCC Touring cars at Knockhill 27/28th August. Biggest motorsport event of the year in Scotland,so probably means there will be lots of enthusiasts on the road,and usually some pretty nice cars out on the roads!!

My memories of Knockhill are bad ones. Mud, cold, wet etc, etc. At least I didn't roll an exy there. Go to Italy where you'll foind some proper little race tracks and nice weather.

Good thing is, Knockhill's 19 miles from my house,I wouldn't like to drive home from Italy with no windows! for all its faults,Knockhill is a very challenging track,with loads of camber changes,and tight turns,1.3 mile rollercoaster ride!

....Plus plenty of run-off!

So what was the view like Australian style? When is your BIG RETURN?

I'll be back! Everyone should try their exxy on a track at least once,the view out or the roof,with the ground coming up fast is one that'll stay with me forever.... I hope I never do THAT again,but I really,really enjoyed driving round Knockhill....
