Insurance Renewal? was created by GEORDIEBRANNY
My insurance is due and im currently with Peter Best on a limited mileage policy.
Other than the ones in the owners club magazine can any one recommend any good competitively priced insurance companies?
Many thanks.

I found Lancaster to be the lowest quote.
A lot cheaper than the ones that are in the club mag.

Tried Heritage and Lancaster so far but Peter Best is still coming out the cheapest!

Any other thoughts?

Lancaster quoted me nearly 300 sheets. I put my details into www.confused.com and More Than came out with a lovely £145 fully comp ( Lovely ).

I have just renewed my 1300. Fully Comp, european breakdown cover and 2 named drivers £190 !

I thought that was pretty good. All done online and papers came through the next day :o Tried all the main players but most don't go back to 1977  or do limited mileage.

Wouldn't have been able to go to Goodwood if it wasn't for their efficiency.

it isn't often you can praise an insurance broker for something good so I thought I'd take the opportunity :D

Peter Best quoted me £123 with £50 excess and agreed value £500 on my 1988 SE. I opted for cover with full breakdown service including return to home which still only cost £141. Customer service was excellent and certificates etc arrived next day.

(Had asked Heritage to quote and they were in region of £161 with the breakdown cover, £128 without).
