After 10 months of almost every weekend I took my VS for its mot yesterday. Passed with no advisories. Taxed and on the road. Still a long way to go but the first hurdle is passed.

Aren't VS models usually 2-colour?

Looks great, not many cars with the orignal colour coded roof's either.

I have a 2 tone VS but I do think a single colour flatters the shape of the body more.

Who needs 4th gear anyway...

Normally VS are two tone, mine was originally before it was restored in 2009, and it will be again one day. Having said that, my A reg VS that I owned in 1990 came out of the factory in mica blue single colour with red leather so perhaps not all were two tone ? Someone on here will know for sure
