Avanti x1/9

Hi, just brought my first X1/9 it’s a Bertone G/F in blue. When I collected the car the owner gave me a folder, containing history. When I got home I was looking though it and found it had a list of modifications carried out by Avanti. I telephoned them today and was lucky enough to talk to Frank and he said that fiat commissioned 5 cars to have specific modifications which included a stage two cylinder head with a CB03 camshaft, twin 40 DCNF carbs, big bore exhaust, upgraded brake hoses and discs and pads. Are the other four about ?

Welcome to x1/9 ownership!! The only other one I am aware of is G999XRF a Mica red Gran Finale recently sold by Sherwood Restorations ( advertised for 9 grand!...). It's still listed on the carandclassic website. Not sure if the new owner is a member....
