Hello!

I am currently looking into purchasing a black X19 1500cc with 106k miles on the clock, and has the following parts:

Original Lido bumpers
1300 front indicators
1300 front grill
1300 engine lid with side vents
Uno turbo front brakes
Componotive 4x98 wheels
Ansa exhaust

The owner has informed me there is some slight rust in the front boot and surface corrosion on the suspension wishbones.

I am currently offering him £3300 for the car pending an inspection (I haven't seen it in person yet). Does this seem about right?

Also, my plan is to re-spray the car so that it resembles the X19 on the front cover of the 'Project X19' book, seen HERE

Would this decrease the value of the car since it's technically not an original colour?

Thanks!

Seems right to me especially with all those rare parts.

Red over Black VS

As it’s not an original car a colour change won’t affect the value.

Agree with Richard regarding affecting the value of the car.

However, if you buy it, then it's yours to do whatever you like with ;)
