Hi all.
I've finally got around to fettling my 87,1500. I didn't expect her to start without help and this morning she turned over with a little help from a powerpack. Numbnuts here hasn't fully charged the pack and having done so went back to get tons going. This time, nothing. No dash lights, door lights, no clicking solenoid. Just the sound of the local birds laughing. My assumption is, that my ignition switch has gone but if anyone has any alternatives I should check before I set about the task, please let me know. It just seems a little odd for that to change between morning and afternoon. All fuses appear to be ok unless there a few hidden away somewhere.

Also check the connections in your fuse box haven't corroded. I've recently had the connection blocks out of the back of mine, cleaned them all and everything seems to be working a lot better now.
Also check and clean your earthing straps/points.
It may not be the problem but it will eliminate some issues.
