I have just seen this over on the Fiat Coupe Forum, Fiat are offering a restoration service and after a quick look round the heritage website, you can request certificates of authenticity for your car. I haven't applied for one yet, so I am not sure if there is a charge involved or what the certificate shows/proves, I will explore this later.
If it’s through their dealerships I wouldn’t bother, seems if ‘computer says no’ they haven’t a clue, and nobody knows how to use an avo-meter these days
