Ignition switch wiring was created by Andrew Sinclair
Hi all,
I've just been reassembling my interior trim after a thorough clean and I decided to tidy up the wiring to the ignition barrel. A previous owner had used yellow insulating tape to bind the wires together and it drives me nuts because I can see it through the gaps around the column shroud! Upon dismantling the plastic pieces I discover a disconnected wire...
I assume it should be connected to the same pin on the white multi-plug connector as the other pink/black wire is... Can anyone confirm? A few of the other wires are connected in matching pairs, which is why I am thinking this... there's nowhere else for it to go really...

Dear Andrew,
Yes, it should go to the same pin as the other pink / black wire.
Best wishes, Geoffrey.
