We are now registered. I have attached the various documents regarding attending the show. If you are very quick you can get an early bird discount on tickets using the promo code on the copy of the registration below. I'll start putting something together next week regarding numbers, etc .

Thank you for registering the Fiat X1/9 Owners Club to attend the 2017 Silverstone Classic. We are delighted to inform you that your application has been accepted and now offer you the fantastic Car Club Display Packages for your members.
Your club’s dedicated code for the event is 17121SCC. Please inform your members that they need to enter this code on www.silverstoneclassic.com/buytickets to gain access to the Car Club Display Packages. To aid you in doing this, attached is an advert for your club magazine into which you can insert your club code.
Also attached for your records is the Car Club Handbook in case you didn’t print this off during your registration process. There are a number of areas in here to which we would like to draw your attention:
Important Dates
Please note the important dates section which highlights that the best value Early Bird Car Club Display Packages are only available up until the end of March, and that the Car Club Display Packages cease altogether at the end of May. This allows us to plan the infield and finalise all car club display locations in good time before the event;
Club Display Area
This section highlights various points regarding your display area. In particular please note that if you wish to erect any structure or display anything (including vehicles) other than vehicles that have been issued with an infield vehicle display pass as part of a Car Club Display Package, then please submit a written request including photos to us via email at carclubs@silverstoneclassic.com. And if you wish to undertake any commercial activity at the Silverstone Classic with Partners or Manufacturers, please contact us to discuss. A number of Commercial Opportunities can be made available and we would be delighted to try and help you add to your displays and engage with third parties;
Clubhouse Hospitality
Clubhouse hospitality, located in the Brooklands Executive Suite overlooking the circuit’s Luffield Complex, is a great hospitality package aimed at car club members and those who like to base themselves in the northern infield, the real heart of the event. The viewing from the balcony really is excellent. This hospitality can be purchased individually via the website but we also offer club coordinators a 10% discount for any group of 10+ bookings they make with us. This either means you can pass the 10% discount on to your members or earn a 10% commission for the club if you so wish. Should you wish to take up this offer and/or would like a table to be personalised to your Club, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Options include naming tables in consideration of your club, dressing tables with Club literature and giveaways etc.
