I'll be out for my final event of the season at Curborough this Sunday. Really looking forward to it as looking at the competition I should be very competitive on the day. It would be nice to end the season on a high especially after the disastrous outing to Shelsley a couple of weeks a go when I managed all of about ten yards up the hill

This was the first real test of the new brakes and even stiffer springs I fitted a few weeks a go. I was not disappointed with the results as I got a third place
(just) behind two Honda S2000's, which are usually very quick cars. The exxy is becoming very competitive in the sub 2litre roadgoing class, not bad for a 28yr old car. Definitely more to come next year
