It's with sadness I can tell you that former committee member Steve Cant who was the clubs membership secretary in the 1990s has past away some of you will remember him from the 1997 national event in Wales... RIP Steve

Very sad news, Steve was the membership secretary when I joined the club in the 1990's

Whilst looking among the documentation for my cars old Malaga registration number I found a letter my late mother wrote to Steve in 1996 asking his advice whether to sell the car in Spain or get it back to the UK to sell.

She actually sold it to an Irish couple (former club members Steve and Serena Shepherd) who collected it from the Costa del Sol and drove it home.

3 years ago I bought it from another former club member Mick Starkey in Belfast.
