The drivers seat in my car is splitting. They are tan ones from 1982. A local upholsterer isn't interested and says it would be £200. Does anyone have any other ideas?
My 1988 seat split on the stitching. I removed the leather cover and hand stitched the seam with thread this was about 7 years ago. also treated the leather with leather restore and colour for surface cracks.
