Hi, i have got a reconditioned 1300 cylinder head does anyone know if it would fit on a 1500 block. I know the exhaust valves are 2mm smaller but does that make a huge difference?

It will fit no problem if you have a 10 stud block. Why do you want to do this?

Because i had a head a while ago for a 1300 i was going too restore but that resto is not going ahead, when i completely stripped the shell it was in a right state, somebody previously had cut out all the rust but did shocking welding and had shares in ISOPAN fibreglass, every part of the shell is affected. So i have got this cylinder head knocking about and my VS valves are not seating right because i have had it on a emissions machine. And of course it won't fit 10 stud block.

I am going to de-bumper mine like your one, i have always liked black no bumpers ever since i saw Rob Warrens BAD years ago. I have got 16mm hub centric spacers on the front of mine at the moment so one of my jobs tomorrow is to try the wheels on, from memory i think they are et 25 with 195 50,s. Did you cut away at lower front corner?
